Barrett食管是胃食管反流病的并发症之一,有进展为食管腺癌的可能,发病率有逐年升高的趋势。氩离子凝固术(APC)是Barrett食管内镜下治疗的手段之一,疗效确切。近年来随着整合水刀功能的新型APC—海博APC的出现,该研究领域取得了快速的发展。本文中笔者就内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗Barrett食管的最新研究进展进行综述。

Barrett's esophagus is one of the complications of gastroesophageal reflux disease. It has the potential to develop into esophageal adenocarcinoma, and the incidence is increasing. Argon plasma coagulation (APC) is one of the endoscopic treatments for Barrett's esophagus with proved efficacy. Recently with the available of a new type of APC integrated with waterjet function, Hybrid-APC, many new progresses were achieved in this field. In this article we will review the latest progress about endoscopic treatment with APC for Barrett’s esophagus.
